CHRISTMAS DAY CELEBRATION

To set a perfect example of secularism, our school celebrates all the festivals. Christmas is for joy, for giving and sharing, for laughter, for coming together with family and friends. It was surely a Christmas to remember at our school.

The celebration took place in the school quadrangle. The programme started with information about Christmas and why it is celebrated. The cultural programme started with Christmas carols by students of Std. I. The cultural items were both in English and Hindi. Teachers wished the students Merry Christmas. At the end of the cultural programmes, all the students were allowed to dance to some Bollywood songs.  We all enjoyed the day to the fullest. The event ended with cheerful Christmas greetings as the students danced to the melodious tunes of ‘Jingle Bells’ and ‘We wish you a merry Christmas.’ The dazzling entry of Santa Claus added to the joy and excitement of the students. The boundless joy of celebrating the festival was visible on the faces of all the children. It was a joyous and entertaining programme for everyone.
