An Expo was conducted by the trainer of Amrita Sankalp at Amrita Vidyalayam Kuthuparamba on 30th December 2022. Our Principal Bri Vidyaji inaugurated the function by lighting the lamp. Vidyaji promoted the practice of yoga and meditation among the trainees for the upliftment of their lives. She also encouraged and empowered them with her speech wherein she mentioned how a vocation helps one to be independent and determined to face the tribulations in life.
The 60 trainees at Amrita Sankalp were divided into three groups and the by-products of their lessons – cushion, pillow cover, underskirt, doormat, garland, bangles, earrings, hairband, etc. – were kept on sale at the Expo. The groups competed with each other in bringing out the best that they had learned from their teachers, Mrs. Viji and Mrs. Shibina, and made their sale a success. The sale continued until 4pm and each group recorded their sale at the end of the day. Altogether it was a great experience.
