The Protein Day event was held at school to educate kindergarten students about the importance of protein-rich foods for a healthy body and mind. Students were encouraged to bring various protein-rich foods from home, including sprouts, nuts, lentils, healthy laddus, dates, soaked almonds, and salads.
Upon arriving at school, the kids and their teacher arranged the foods on a common table. The display highlighted the diversity of protein-rich foods, providing both a visual and educational experience. The teacher used the foods on the table to explain the significance of proteins in our diet.
The event was a success, with all students actively participating and gaining valuable insights into the benefits of including protein in their daily meals.
