Our Kindergarten Independence Day celebration was a vibrant and joyous event. It began with our little ones singing the patriotic song “Vande Mataram“. Dressed in white uniforms with tricolored hand bands, the children sang with enthusiasm and pride. Their melodious voices and innocent expressions added a heartwarming touch to the celebration.
The children also participated in a drawing and colouring activity, where they were encouraged to colour the Indian national flag. This activity not only sparked their creativity, but also helped them recognize and remember the colours of our national flag.
To deepen their understanding and respect for the national flag, the children engaged in a hands-on craft activity, making small Indian flags using paper, sticks, and colours. This interactive session was both educational and fun, allowing the kids to take pride in creating something meaningful with their own hands.
These activities made the day memorable for the children and laid the foundation for them to grow into responsible and patriotic citizens of India, with a deeper understanding of the importance of Independence Day.
