Pi Approximation Day was celebrated at our school on July 22. To mark the occasion, Amaya from Class 9B delivered a speech highlighting the importance of pi.
This day provides an annual opportunity for math enthusiasts to appreciate the significance of pi and its applications. Activities were organized for students in Class VIII, where they measured the diameter and circumference of various circular objects to find the value of pi. A small contest for naming the most digits after the decimal point was held for Class X students. Anurag from 10A recited all 35 decimals and was declared the winner. The students were enthusiastic and excited to participate in this event.
