World Environment Day was celebrated at our school with great enthusiasm and various activities. We had a special assembly organised by the students of Class IX, wherein a talk show based on Environment Day was presented. Following this activity, saplings were distributed to the students to create awareness about promoting reforestation and afforestation to combat deforestation.
Children of classes I and II wore green attire, and were given green art and craft activities. They participated actively and enjoyed the activities thoroughly.
World Environment Day serves as a reminder of the collective responsibility to preserve and protect our planet for future generations.
