It is essential to create awareness about the ruinous effects of drug abuse. Every year, June 26th is observed as International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, or World Drug Day. The intention is to encourage people across the world to stop using drugs and have a healthy life. In order to spread this awareness, poster-making competition was conducted in our school. Students from grades 6 to 12 participated in the competition. They were divided into 2 groups. Participants from grades 6 to 8 were categorised under group A, and participants from 9 to 12 were categorised under group B. Altogether, 51 students participated. On the same day, the winners from each group were announced.
