On 5th June 2023, our school celebrated Environment Day. Students from grades 9 to 12 were asked to create seed balls. As part of the seed ball campaign launched by one of the working groups of C20, (Sustainable & Resilient Communities: Climate, Environment and Net Zero Targets), teachers and students created seed balls under the guidance of our Principal Vidhya maa. They were asked to water the seed balls during their class intervals. This act symbolized that they cared for nature. Students were requested to perform the same activity at home and report it to their respective teachers. At home, students created 376 seed balls and at school 326. Altogether, 702 seed balls were created. The motto behind this activity was, “Love and care for Mother Nature through action”.
