Our school remembered the great visionary Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam on October 15, 2015, his 84th Birth Anniversary. As part of this great day, our school leader took the oath ‘Me and My Nation’, which was repeated by the entire school. The oath made the students acknowledge once more, the importance of the power of knowledge. After the oath taking ceremony, an inter house speech competition was conducted, wherein the four house representatives spoke beautifully about the various aspects of Dr. Kalam’s life and his journey towards greatness. The result was announced immediately after the competition. Our students celebrated this day which was declared as World Students’ Day by the United Nations in 2010, by conducting a quiz competition for students from classes VII – X, organized by the Guides of class X. Chinmaya Tejaswani Jayaprakash of class VII was declared the winner of the competition.
