On the 14th of September, 2015, students from class IV to VIII attended an awareness class on the prevention and spreading of water borne diseases.
Officials from the Health Department visited our school and gave important health tips to the students. They gave special importance to diseases like dengue and malaria which are widespread. They spoke about the breeding grounds of mosquitoes and how they reproduce, cause diseases, etc. The symptoms of such diseases were also discussed with our students. Our students were thankful for the wonderful and informative session conducted by the Health Department. All the doubts that our students had regarding this topic were cleared by the officials.
